Email hello@perkprism.com with a short description of the issue, the card or benefit involved if relevant, your iPhone model and iOS version if you are reporting an app issue, and any steps that help reproduce the problem.

What Not to Send

Please do not send card numbers, bank logins, Social Security numbers, account balances, transaction history, or other sensitive financial information.

Subscriptions

Once Perk Prism Pro is available, purchases, subscription management, cancellations, and restore purchase flows are handled through Apple and your App Store account.
