Who Operates Perk Prism

Perk Prism is operated by Provencher Digital LLC. The Perk Prism website is available at https://perkprism.com.

Website Hosting

The Perk Prism website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process standard website hosting data, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and similar technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Beta Signup Information

If a beta signup Google Form is available, you may voluntarily submit beta interest information such as your name, email address, cards you are interested in tracking, and feedback. Perk Prism may use that information to review your interest in beta testing, contact you individually about Perk Prism, and improve the product.

Please do not submit card numbers, bank logins, Social Security numbers, account balances, transaction history, or other sensitive financial information through forms or support emails.

V1 App Privacy Posture

The first version of the Perk Prism iPhone app is designed to be local-first:

• No login is required in V1.
• No bank connection is included in V1.
• No Plaid connection is included in V1.
• No cloud sync is included in V1.
• No ad SDKs are included in V1.
• No Firebase Analytics is included.

Your selected cards, benefit usage, custom cards, custom benefits, custom notes, and reminders are intended to be stored locally on your device in V1.

Crash Reporting

Firebase Crashlytics may be used for crash reporting and app stability. Crash reports can include technical information about the app, device, operating system, and crash state. Perk Prism does not intentionally send card names, benefit details, custom notes, or financial entries in crash reports.

If you contact Perk Prism at hello@perkprism.com, Perk Prism may use your message and contact information to respond, troubleshoot issues, review card or benefit requests, and improve the product.
